At last a pub that is upto date, clean and has a fab menu! We love the decor and the relaxed atmosphere which is welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend and we will be back! Thank you x

We first came in to the White Lion on the day of the first snow storm this past season at the beginning of March and quickly fell in love with the place. The decor is beautiful, the staff are friendly and service is prompt and delivered with a smile. The landlady Barbie is fabulous and we liked the place so much we introduced our friend from America to it while he stays here and we’ve gone several times in the last week and always had a great time in a great atmosphere.

We dropped in here mid week last week for a quick bite to eat and were not disappointed, we had a fish and chip butties which were cooked to order and not just heated up. We will be going again
